Building Guidelines
To ensure Pegasus Town stays a thriving and contemporary community, a set of building guidelines has been established to follow when considering the design of your new home.

Owners are also required to submit building plans to Pegasus Town’s Design Review Panel for approval before applying to Waimakariri District Council for building consent.
